Children & Spectators

Sheep, Goat or Cow Walking
For Health & Safety purposes, children must have reached the minimum age of 12 on the day they participate to walk a sheep independently.
Any children under 12 must purchase a child/spectator option but will share a sheep with a paying adult.
By paying and engaging on your experience, you are agreeing that any children booked are the age required for the experience.

Children under 3 are free, but we request that small children are carried around the animals.
Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult.

You are paying for the "Experience" so everyone visiting must be booked prior to arrival. We cannot allow people to wander around the farm unattended, if you are being dropped off then please ask your taxi to return at the end of the session

Cancellations & Refunds

If you cancel your booking at any time you will not receive a refund under any circumstances. We can not transfer your deposit to an alternative date as by paying a deposit you have secured that date on time on the option you have chosen, therefore preventing others from taking those places.
If for any reason we have to cancel your booking ie extreme weather or sanctuary issues then we will offer alternative or a full refund

Please make us aware of any medical condition or physical impairments or pregnancy.

All experiences involve handling animals and we ask that you listen to instructions. Please dress appropriately, areas are very muddy and animals can stand on your feet. Our sheep are very friendly and often will jump up to greet you, If you are nervous please let us know and we will take extra care around the sheep that are giddy.
